Hey Queens! I'm Taylor Faminu. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Fitness Specialist with alot of in person and online training experience under my belt. Coaching is my passion and I love to help women grow and adopt a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
As a mom, wife , and entrepreneur, I understand what it is like to not have the time to sit and plan out everything you want to do. Having someone who provides the structure that you need to succeed takes out the guess work and helps get you closer to your goals. I look forward to working with you!

-Three months of personal programming from a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Fitness Specialist (coaching is not limited to three months)
-Customized workouts delivered to you via App each week based upon goals, limitations, and available equipment
-Workouts include: 3 full-body workouts + 2 active rest days to start
-Adjustments will be made weekly accordingly
-Video demonstrations and form cues for each specific exercise
-Constant communication and frequent check-ins
-Detailed Nutrition and Supplement guide
GLUTE FOCUSED
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
-Three months of personal programming from a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Fitness Specialist (coaching is not limited to three months)
-Customized workouts delivered to you via App each week based upon goals, limitations, and available equipment
-Workouts include: 3 lower-body & glute focused workouts + 1 full body day
-Adjustments will be made weekly accordingly
-Video demonstrations and form cues for each specific exercise
-Constant communication and frequent check-ins
-Detailed Nutrition and Supplement guide
